We can replace your LCD cold cathode florescent lamp, inverter or LCD screen. Some times the glass tube becomes so hot the ends, become brittle and crack/shatter inside the LCD normally lower edge area of laptop panels.
We can normally repair and fix all problems including:
1 Those with LCD's failures (white screen or red screen) Example:- Dell 8100 backlight repair if red will cause the inverter to go into self protect-switching itself off, to repair replace the backlight with a new CCFL.
2 Intermittent and completely dead component failures, Could be the flex data cable
3 Liquid spillage = blurred screen with whitish blurred blotches.
4 Dim or Faint LCD,s (backlight out) or Red or orange display tint, will need backlight replacement, will refit LCD panel with NEW backlight in your LCD (extremely delicate operation) we found lamps (CCFL) cracked form heat and Thermal Stress or shattered form shock, or hissing from open circuit solder joints.
5 Transistor open & short circuits, burnt out inverter HV transformers or unraveled flex data connector or cables. SEE Transformer burning occurs when enameled copper winding gives way to heat or high voltage leak. Yes it will work well if a new transformer is fitted on the original inverter PCB
6 Blank screen = Bad bulb CCFL (red screen) = cathodes brown = Lamp burnt. Thermal stress can make the ends of glass lamps brittle.
7 Faulty display = dry solder joints or static damage to I.C.
8 No Light= Bad inverter N MOSFET or faulty oscillator or Burnt out secondary winding.

9 Missing individual lines on a display driver = pressure applied to edges of LCD normally better to replace A.C.Film is lose
10 Blank display. Missing a block of lines, or a bar. Normally better to replace bad flex circuit on substrate
11 Dim or dark display or black LCD and tinted LCD red color.
12 Damage to the front of the display or Dim LCD Display.
14 Drink spilled onto LCD we can also bring back to like new working condition.
Before sending your Laptop LCD in for repair check your Laptop is worth repairing, by connecting an external monitor and hitting Fn + internal external display key, (normally one of the F keys) this process will check the video is sending an analog signal out to the external monitor which lets you know the system board is OK.
